Everything is energy. Everything is electric.

Our bodies are like electrical batteries that need recharging. When we meditate we recharge our internal energy. Our batteries need to be discharged first, by letting go of worry, tension and stress before we can be properly "charged".

We need to release our blocks and limitations, before we can be replenished with positive energy. This is is simply done by consciously letting go of negative thoughts, feelings and memories as you breathe. We will identify our limitations and then release them.

This is a full body meditation and we will focus our breath and the life force energy on different areas of our body, the lower body, the middle body and the upper body. We will concentrate on seven levels, seven centers of energy beginning at the base of the spine.

As you inhale sense or imagine positive energy coming in through the top of your head and flowing down through your body to revitalize you. As you exhale, sense or imagine negative energy leaving your body through the soles of your feet. Send any negative energy to the ground.
