I have listened regularly for many months to all four of White Dove's guided meditations. I find that having all four CD's ideal for variety and for the unique nature of each. Recently I spent a month alone in retreat and listened to one of White Dove's CD's every day. They always tune me into my breathing, into the present moment and into inspirational guidance. I listen to all four meditation CDs. I feel they were designed to reprogram your entire being at a cellular level. Used as a daily spiritual practice, feeling the affirmations in my chakras, breathing as suggested, I feel as if my personality has transformed and come into alignment with my true spiritual nature. It is an ongoing effort to remember the true expressions of Spirit through me, but the results are felt as a connection to inner Peace and inner Joy. Your work is wonderful, thanks so much for sharing your gifts. I have used your first CD, Thy Will Be Done, in some of my acupuncture treatments with wonderful results. The message and music and your soothing voice helped to place each person into a trance-like state during their treatment. There were different responses. One client cried, it was part of their release. There were intense releasing of feelings with 2 clients and one person merely "drifted" into a calm and "dreamlike" state. B.Q

Every evening I meditate and go to sleep listening to "Thy Will Be Done". This is an incredibly powerful addition to my spiritual practice. Whatever stresses, fears, angers, relationship challenges I have, every night before I fall asleep, I can give them to up to God and rest peacefully. I also know that my ego is gently, lovingly being healed. It is truly being aligned with my higher spiritual purpose.
