I let go of any negative emotions. I release anger and fear. I release shame and blame. I let go of my pride. I connect to all life forms and release any feelings of separation. I imagine a Gentle Rain washing me clean and making me new with Peace. I can feel the Whirling Rainbow of Peace, cleansing my fear. I ask for the healing of my heart within and connect with the soothing tranquility of the green plants in nature. I allow Mother Earth to heal me with her unconditional Love. I feel gratitude and humility in my heart and I radiate this love to others.

I take a deep breath in and call the Sunlight of the Spirit from the Sun, the Sky and the Earth and ask Creator to purify and renew my heart. As I breathe out, I release any emotion that would block the Will of Creator. I bathe in the sunshine of Grandfather Sun's golden light. I bask in the red glow of Earth Mother's heartbeat. I release anything that would limit or restrict the Sunlight of the Spirit in my heart.
