I let go of my ego's image of self, and the memories that my ego wants to hold on to. I let go of my self importance with my breath. Recreate me Mother, give birth to a new me in this present moment, connect me to the peace and the love of Great Spirit. Increase my awareness in this body and memory of my Spiritual Nature. Awaken me and release from me the limitations of the past. I am here to learn Truth. Please lift the veils of illusion. Connect me to the True and Great Reality.

I am right here, right now on the Red Road, the Sacred Path of Beauty, the Sacred Path of Truth. I let go of my personal history. I invite Earth Mother to purify my body, my bones, my blood, my breath. I release the poisons of the past. I let go of my hurts, my injures. I let of my self importance. I release it with my breath. I remember Truth in all situations. I connect with the energy of Earth Mother below me. I connect with the red fire at the center of the planet, the molten heart center of Earth Mother. I release my breath to Earth Mother and feel her fire medicine through the soles of my feet. I breathe in the color red and feel this healing, warm, nurturing energy from Earth Mother. I feel the energy moving through my earth body, my outer garment. I am filled with the warmth and peace of Earth Mother's tender Love.

I take a deep breath in and call the Sunlight of the Spirit from the Sun, the Sky and the Earth to purify and revitalize my Spiritual Memory. I bathe in the sunshine of Grandfather Sun's golden light. I bask in the red glow of Earth Mother's heartbeat. As I breathe out, I release anything that would limit or restrict the Will of Creator in my awareness.
