I pray to the Spirit in the East and breathe in the color yellow from the morning sun. I invite the freedom and confidence of the Eagle, for the eagle flies closest to Grandfather Sun. I experience the adventure of life without having to control the outcome. As I move and act and have my being on this Earth Walk, I observe and watch the glory of this co-creation with Great Spirit. Great Mystery has a Divine Plan and everything is on schedule. I am on a Sacred Path. Through my right actions, I pass through the Golden Door and ride on the Eagle's back to freedom. I face the morning light of the East and bask in the love of the golden light. I release my fear, and feel courage in the presence of Grandfather Sun. I feel Creator's strength and protection as I move forward to meet challenges and act with integrity. Integrity is living my Spiritual Truth. I let go of old habits and choose actions that heal. I allow Creator to restore order to my life.

I acknowledge any past mistakes or actions not aligned with Creator and I let them go. I release them for transformation in Creator's Plan. I act and behave in new ways that respect myself and others. I take action to honor the Great Reality within all beings. I live in harmony with the beliefs and values of my spirit. My actions bring clarity and order to every area of my life.... I experience the joy and strength of living my Truth.

I take a deep breath in and call the Sunlight of the Spirit from the Sun, the Sky and the Earth to purify and recharge my Spiritual Actions with Truth. As I breathe out, I release any action or lack of action, that would block the Will of Creator. I bathe in the sunshine of Grandfather Sun's golden light. I bask in the red glow of Earth Mother's heartbeat. I release anything that would limit or restrict the Sunlight of the Spirit in my actions.
