The Lord's Prayer
The Lord's Prayer is a beautiful prayer and has a
deeper meaning.....
each part of the prayer is a prayer to clear each part of our being
for
the Divine Will to express.
Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed by thy Name
Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will Be Done
(An invitation with Reverence for the Divine Presence to come and reveal
and expess itself through us )
On Earth as it is in Heaven
(through me, my body, my personality, as it is in the cosmos and heavens)
Give us this day our daily bread
(Give us this day our daily love and strength from God's presence)
and forgive us for our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass
against us
First Chakra - Present moment awareness and memory of Grace
We pray for God's Grace to erase the past, our mistakes
and the mistakes of others
and lead us not into temptation
Second Chakra - center of intention, motivation, desire
Direct our motivations, we pray for God's intention and desire for us
but deliver us from evil
Third Chakra - Action Center -courage to do the right thing
We pray for Divine Right Action, deliver us from the actions of our egos
for thou art the Kingdom
The Kingdom of Love
Fourth Chakra - Heart center of feelings, emotions
We honor the feeling presence of God's Love in our hearts
and the Power
Power of Truth
Fifth Chakra - Throat center of communication
We ask to express Truth in a kind, compassionate way
and the Glory
Glory of Light
Sixth Chakra - Mind - center of thought and intuition
We pray for illumination, Divine Guidance, wisdom
Forever and ever.
Infinitely availabe to us
Seventh Chakra - Crown Center - connection to God - top of our head
The Source, the Divine Presence and Divine Help is always with us.
All we have to do is ask
Amen
