Memory
I release the past. I release any memory that would trigger
pain, anger or fear in the present moment.
I am renewed with present moment awareness

I release the desires of my personality.
I release any motives of my ego.
I am renewed with the desires of my soul.
I am renewed with the intention
to love and grow spiritually.

Actions - Behaviors
I release any behavior that does not serve my highest good.
I am renewed with the energy of the Divine Right Action.

Feelings - Emotions
I release any feeling of discontent, depression,
irritation or frustration.
I am renewed with the feeling of
Unconditional Love and Divine Peace.

Words
I release any words of a critical nature.
I am renews with words of truth
spoken in a kind, compassionate way.

Thoughts - Perceptions
I release negative thoughts and misperceptions of my ego.
I am renewed with positive and creative ideas.
I am renewed with clarity, vision, intuition.

Connection
I release any doubt, any resistance.
I am renewed with faith and willingness
to be an open channel for the Divine Will.
