Please remove from me any selfish or resentful intentions.
Please remove from me any motive based on fear or dishonesty
Actions - Behaviors
Please remove from me any selfish or fearful behaviors.
I let go of any actions based on resentment or dishonesty.
Feelings - Emotions
Please remove any fear, resentment or self pity from my emotions.
Please remove any dishonesty from my heart.
May I be true to my self.
Words
Please remove any words that express resentment, fear, selfishness or
dishonesty,
whether they are silent or spoken.
Thoughts - Perceptions
Please remove any thoughts, ideas or perceptions which are based
on fear, dishonesty, selfishness or resentment.
