Introduction to the 7 step Meditation   AUDIO

Begin the meditation with two long, slow deep breaths, a "Let Go" breath and a "Let God" breath.   AUDIO

                               Opening Prayer - "Spirit of the Universe, I pray for the Divine Will to express through all levels of my being. Remove anything which blocks or restricts my connection to you. I surrender any thoughts, feelings or behaviors which are not in alignment with your will for me. Recharge and replenish my spirit. I ask to be an channel of your will. Make me a channel of your love and peace, make me a channel of hope and faith, make me a channel of your wisdom and truth. Please use me for thy loving service. Thy will be done always. Amen    AUDIO

                                I pray for Thy Will to be Done through what I choose to remember today.
             I Let Go of any memory that haunts me, my triggers, past hurts, any memory that triggers pain, anger, resentment or fear. I let go of any images of self importance, old patterns, old programs, old beliefs
             I Let God restore memory of my spiritual nature and present moment awareness, all I need to remember is that I am connected to God's peace right here, right now. Only this moment matters. God's Grace can erase the past.    AUDIO

                                I pray for Thy Will to be Done through my motivations, intentions and desires.
             I Let Go of any desires of my personality, any motivations of my ego, any hidden agendas. I let go of any self seeking or self centered motives whether they are conscious or unconscious.
             I Let God recharge my Spiritual purpose, and the desires of my soul. I align my intention with God's intention for me. My intention is to be of Spiritual Service. I want to be a demonstration of Peace. I want to be a vibration of Love. I want to serve your Will and your Purpose.    AUDIO

                                I pray for Thy Will to be Done through my actions today.
             I Let Go of my Self Will. I let of of the need to control or be in charge. I am not the Director of this Play. Thou are the doer,not I. I let go of any dependencies or attachments. I let go of attachment to any particular outcome. I surrender. I let go of any actions which are selfish, self centered or self indulgent.
             I Let God align my will with the Divine Will. I allow the Divine Will, the Divine Plan, The Divine Principle to flow freely through me and the situations in my life. I feel centered and confident as I do the next right thing. I feel strong as I allow the Divine Will to operate through me. I feel the power of Patience as I allow Divine Timing.    AUDIO

                                I pray for Thy Will to be Done through my emotions.
             I Let Go I allow myself to experience any emotion. I identify and feel the emotion in my heart, then I release it to you. I let go of any feelings of discontent. I let go of sadness, worry or depression. I let go of anger, and resentment. I release my insecurity and fear. I let go of shame and blame. I let go of my hurt and my pride. I release any self righteousness.
             I Let God Open the channel for Divine Love to come through, unconditional Love, unconditional Acceptance. Recharge my Heart with Love, Renew my Heart with Joy, Restore my Heart with Peace. Soften my Heart with Gratitude and Humility.    AUDIO

                                I pray for Thy Will to be Done through our connection today.
             I Let Go Please remove any doubt, any lack of faith which would limit or restrict full awareness of your Divine Presence. Please remove any distraction.
             I Let God Improve my conscious contact with you. I feel your presence on my left and on my right, in front of me and behind me. I feel you above me and below me. I feel your presence within and without. You are always with me, we are never apart. Thy Will be Done through our connection.     AUDIO
